Chris MontgomeryDirector Chris brings 5 years of merger and acquisition consulting experience and 15 years of management experience specializing in environmental, engineering and construction companies.
As a Regional Manager for a major environmental engineering firm, he guided the firm and the regional operations through a series of acquisitions of smaller firms, then incorporated those operations into the existing framework of the company. His knowledge of the engineering, construction and manufacturing market along the East Coast brings a tremendous value and insight into one of the fastest growing markets in the U.S.
As a sell-side M&A consultant, Chris has focused on middle market companies representing firms in telecommunications, engineering, environmental, construction, and manufacturing throughout the eastern half of the U.S. His insight from managing, marketing and operating similar operations for many years provides clients some key expertise in positioning their business to sell.
Chris holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and an M.B.A. in Management from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. He has lived and worked in Richmond since 1988 and been very active with numerous professional societies and industry associations.
